Perhaps you could look at what happens when you grow normally, and input the same command... but it's far easier to take a value, like Level, a certain Stat, or the number of a certain essence in your inventory, and make that value a unique number. Then, go to a save editor (saveeditonline), search for that variable's exact value, and change it to what you want it to be. It works for followers in 4.5 and below, when you can freely check their stats, but it's much more difficult in 4.6.
EXP is also a value that can be changed to make them grow, though.

You don't. It seems somewhat bugged out and you either need to be a higher level or you need muscle to be 100+ (not an exact science). Spoiler: it's a blunt weapon scaling with muscle as "B".

This happened to me recently and the best way i found to fix it is these step Make sure you havent deleted the folder with your save data first 1. Go in the main folders GrowthRPG Folder 2. Open Save then Go into Saved games 3. Make sure you copy the Save0 File 4. Delete that folder then extract the game again 5. Open the game make a new save on the empty file you'll get when you first start 6. Close the game 7. Copy your Save0 File over the New Save0 File If you did everything right it should open the game with your save file Im not sure if this is how everyone transferred saves before but i do know that this primitive thing is caused by something in the settings I hope this helped

The best way to grind xp is to get the sword that Bunshido has and grind xp from the bandit boss but make sure you have enough size sourced from essence and spend all of your growth from leveling because if you are level one you get more than 100 levels each fight to use to unlock abilities. You also get a ton of skill points from the fight. Also I recommend getting the Mad Chimera follower because she is op

The lich dungeon is specifically just the lich. Once you kill her you can get your reward of turning into a slime, the lich's weapons(I don't have them so maybe not in v4.4 anymore), and from the apothecarist in town.
This is a bug I get in combat from time to time. It's not always the same enemy/opponent, but it is a enemy in the field, compared to an enemy in a dungeon.

I can confirm, the port is broken in v4.4. However, you can still jump the main gate. Also, stat wise you need 60 legs to jump 1 container, 120 legs to jump 2 containers, and 200 fat to walk through the wind, and up to 200 muscle to move the barges. So if you want to play the port how it's intended thats what you need.

You can download either the patreon or free version. For the patreon version you need a key that you get when you donate to the patreon. To update you just download the newest version and bring your save files over to the new folder.
Yeah, the EXP nerfs have slowed the earlygame to a crawl. PLEASE relax them. You can hardly even attain the EXP Boosters you're balancing for because leveling takes so long in the earlygame now.

you need a companion, give him item that can be used as exp for armor/weapon, go to anvil and pick something to upgrade (like broken sword), click item that you gave to companion as many times as you want (it'll not be used), do not upgrade and just back out from menu, done. it's probably fixed in 4.5 but in 4.4 still works.
I've mainly found it in the sewer, but I have had it drop in the overworld, chests, barrels, and enemies. I have had very little growth from her so I do not know if it's still bugged or its gonna take a lot...
I've seen it mostly drop in the procedurally generated dungeons like the Sewers, the forest(?) dungeon on the other side of the wall, and the ruins dungeon on the other side of the gorge that leads to the caves, though that was in a previous update. Current one(the patreon one) seems to have them spawning at a much lower rate.
Dungeon floor saving: The sewers seem to work as intended, allowing you to go in at every 5th floor you reach. Ruins past the ravine though does not save even if passing the floor and does not give the option to enter later floors on their own. The only time it seems to work is when leaving via Plush even though no other options appear when entering again. Gonna assume that its a bug given how the Sewers floor save works.
Issue in passive combat: When light bringer attacks, the crystals get stuck on my character and shred all hp to 0 and then softlocking combat forcing a close via task manager.
for combat, press the squiggly button that is to the right of 1 on the keyboard to bring up the console and type "RestartLevel" and it may override the softlock
It is related to your GPU. I don't have a fix for you but it tends to pop for those with insufficiently powerful GPUs, or if you're on a laptop that switches from your integrated graphics to discrete graphics. If you have integrated graphics try forcing only the use of your discrete graphics card. Otherwise somewhere in the comments I read someone increasing the length of the timer before you get this error in hopes it is able to load fully first.
how come i cannot trade with the blacksmith? even i did everything he asked me to do? somehow in 2 prev. updates i could do it and then at some point of the same update i cannot anymore..is there somehow to fix this issue??
It says v3.8 since that was the version when you created the character and I assume you have continued to use the same file while updating. For the blacksmith if you have retrieved him from the sewer, make sure that you take care of the fake blacksmith out in the field past the bridge. If you have saved the blacksmith from the sewer, and talked to the real blacksmith, and took care of the fake blacksmith than I am not sure, could be bugged out.

1221: Temporary fix that worked for me - Delete everything in GrowthRPG/Saved/SaveGames/ except for save file, then relaunch as many times as it takes for game to work, at least two or three for me

"challenge me" heavily nerfs your stats. To find the blacksmith's key, step out of town and head all the way left. Near a bush before the bridge you will find the key. Not too sure what you mean by blacksmith's tools though.
Broken sword is worth it if you want the exp boost. stats for it don't matter since you can get to a point where your character does a crazy amount of damage, especially when you're using the cracked essence to help with growth during combat. I've been maining the broken sword and cracked essence ever since I got them.
The only thing that really matters for weapons is the skills, and it's entirely dependent on the build you want. With the broken sword's skills, you can both give or take away from your stats for the fight. It's basically a "do I want to be stronger or weaker for this fight" kinda thing.

To my knowledge that area is still under construction and offers nothing other than the stat reset at the moment.

Unsure, I think I've only had that error once. You could try a fresh download and input your save into it and see if that helps.

Yup, it was broken.
I don't like that in the ability you need to spend your growth on it and it's so hard to gain experience for growth.

The other dungeons I have tried it's every 10 floors
Dungeon saving threshold for the ruins past the ravine is every 20th floor. The cave in the gorge is every 15th floor
