I compared my character to Alexander and when he runs it looks fine but mine doesn't and it kinda bugs me abit. And when fighting the Giant rat on the overworld I can't grow during the fight at all and end up killed
If you mean grow during battle I notice that bug too, what fixed it for the stat changes during battle for me was using the ability dodge in the legs tap kind of a weird bug fix but it works so far.
Okay I can try that when I fought the Giant rat in the sewer I noticed I could only grow so much till it just wouldn't work I could get AP but not grow more and I only beat the rat due to him killing Alexander then for some reason he just stood there. I'm hoping the game is still okay so far it feels to me that there's just more bugs or problems each release. And I guess there's nothing I can do about the auto controller inputs? As I said the u d pad opens a menu as well as use for an ability

Ok so does anyone know a quick way to grow fast in the beginning? I know that size gives you the most ability points right now but since the size sword is glitched so I don't have any good weapons too use with it and while I do want to do muscle too, it's not gonna give me those ability points.
I advise you to go to the castle dungeon (on the right after passing the bridge or go to the crystal dungeon (this gives you a lot of xp and skill points but it is usually boring in an hour you will surely reach level 1000, it is under the bridge )
Nah without doing commands if you go to the cardboard dungeon and save and reload your save till you get a fountain next to the save point inside the dungeon you can repeatly farm that fountain by using it to give a temp stat for 3 turns in this case size and then repeat till you get around 3k in size and have step ability and then run to temp boss area to kill the tunnel guard and the temp boss without commands
Also to make sure the fountain gives you size dumb the starter 20 points into size only
I create look on main player, then copy the character string to a companion. It seems that the ability to customize companion isn't there right away, have to fight with them for awhile then the menu panel to do so becomes available. I don't know the precise condition.
You can always customize Followers but some have like fixed settings for example you can't change name of them or even spawn or have like another custom character which would be cool to have a full squad of custom characters
another thing you can't change is for example characters like the Coin Dragon that gets stats off gold can not be changed at all because over time the character is changing for example the bigger they get their legs slowly become digi
oh one final example if you customize the slim follower to anything it changes base color depending on potion so you can never hard change the color to a permeant one
I looked there is a slider but it makes it normal or smaller and smaller one is so the head does not scale with size is what it seems like to me anyway.

There are errors in this version regarding the dialogues and continuity, the previous version I must admit was worse, I have been playing for months and Simone never gives a mission and I don't remember what Cris' missions are, but there was a problem in the previous version that only allowed you to complete the first mission
Yeah I had that happening, I got the negative XP stat to go away but now I am getting positive XP but none of it is going to my XP bar. Debug menu doesn't seem to help and I can't find whats wrong with debug stats screen nor a save editor so might just be best to wait for bug fixes to 6.1
Are buffs not working for anyone else? Temporary buffs from minigames, the buff lady and the strange fruit all don't work for me. My character doesn't grow and the buffs don't show up above my health bar like usual. I haven't tried potions on this new version yet so I don't know if those are not working as well.
I have been waiting a month and a week just to get this error when i go near any save point on version 6.1 i also got a error regarding teleport points but i didnt get a photo of that. Please fix it and not after another month.

A while ago it was because the illegal potion guy acknowledged the that I needed herbicide but I needed to do him a favor, then didn't give me any favor to do...and last patch the husband AI seemed completely broke and the illegal potion seller didn't even acknowledge the herbicide questline. So idk maybe better luck this patch? But even just now I had the illegal potion seller brick just doing the sweet potion quest. I could go on about how other quest lines/NPCs have just stopped cooperating permanently but it is what it is I guess.

Ah yeah that might do the trick if it bricks again this patch. Previously the furthest I got was killing the roots in combat by one-shotting them with absurd stat buffs, but the wife would still just ask about if I got the herbicide yet when talked to.
I suggest that make some button in the menu to enable the commands more easily, perhaps a developer mode, making it mandatory to operate with the keyboard makes it complicated or impossible.
one tip. Never go higher than 65.534 base stats. if you go to 65.535 in a stat or higher than the character and save will glitch for me it makes my weapons invisible and gave me wings while I did not have one and after a few screen changing it has no wings and also no weapons visible even though they are equiped.. and if you go even higher that save might not load anymore nothing good will come from it. as for me I will put my stats to 65.530 from essences cheat engine. and luckely the hp, damage from piledriver or any other stat will not exceed 2.147.483.647 and go in the minus.
posionsmith's quest is bugged, that doesn't allow to proceed after drinking 2nd potion type. when you turn back to give a feedback about that potion, in his chat there is only "nothing" as option chat.
To make sure i did twice the quest and both time i got the same.
one other thing when I play passive mode in a certain dungeon with mobs that spam stat increasing potions or stat increasing buffs. and if it icreases the stats by for example 500 it takes a really long time before their turn is finished and before I can make my turn.
this is an example of 1500 muscle, 1500 fat, 200 bust, 200 leg, and 200 size looks and how small the hands are compared to the arms and the head also small compared to the rest., and the insane size of the forarms, if I make the forearms smaller there would be no forarms visible and too short, but it is amazing nonetheless. It would be nice if the hands grow bigger with muscle and with fat the same way the arms do and the same way the feet do. But I can understand if it is impossible since he needs to wield weapons and it could glitch out if the hands also get almost that big.

there is one minor problem with that in the preference tab I can set a lock on each stat, however when I put the lock on a stat and increases it higher than that lock it still grows bigger. Is there a way to solve this or a method for me to make it work. Cause currently the only thing that works is using scaling in the looks tab and lower it to for example 0,15 to have 1500 with 10k stats. and only there I can lock it. and the growing speed scaling from 0.2x to 3x don't work either. even when setting it and starting a new game.
right now we can adjust the size of each part in the scaling tab on a percentage slider. I was hoping if it was possible to put in actual numbers instead of 0.1 to 1 to have 10% of the stats but rather actual numbers that can't exceed your stats. that you can put 100 if your stats are 100 but if you put in 200 it will adjust itself to 100 since 100 is your stat.
even though there is still some things to improve on. This is one of the most amazing games I have played so far. the customuzation of how you want to grow your character and how you don't want him too big in stats in looks is truly amazing.

What are you talking about? Change a partner's appearance? I tried that with a partner but I couldn't get the option to customize it

You need about 3 to defeat all roots, but carry about 5 just in case
For those who don't know, the herbicide is used to stop the root from being immortal. Each herbicide is spent after talking to a root on the farm.

same glitch when I have 2 stats at only 65.530 so I decided to have all 5 stats at 10.000 max
after using size sword I got my stats multipliers on -2 how do I change them back to 1?
