1. The loading screen is weird. 2. Btw, about battles. seems like the game unloads the map and loads an arena and vise versa each time you have a battle, instead of having it preloaded somewhere underneathe and teleporting the plaer and enemies there.
3. There's a strange sequense that make me more confident about the previous issue, After every battle I see how every enemy get rendered then their accesories get rendered and only after that the defeated enemy despawns. Game should despawn the enemy fisrt and then render everyone else. There's no reason to render it after defeat if it's getting despawn after that.
Also, I can't find where to change the color of the chest fluff, but it is not so important.

no exact specs sheet has been put out but Ive been able to get it to run on a intel m7-6y75 with irrigated GPU and 16 gigs of 1866 MHz ram at 1080p
in open areas the fps drops to 15 ish but in closed spaces it jumps to 30 to 40 its playable but i recommend a better system personally run a i5-3450 8 gigs of 1600 MHz ram and a amd radeon r7 350x with oc when i need more kick

4.6 does crash less, I think I fixed it in 4.7 but we'll see when it gets released and other people can test it. But it only happens on the main world, so you can stick to dungeons and it shouldn't happen
You can also try only having a single save, and ensure it's "save0.sav". This has been a strange bug that plagued me only in 4.4 and trying different things produced strange results.
does anyone know a good way to farm essences of growth, like in a dungeon or something? I started from scratch and i want my new char to catch up to the lost save faster...
is there a height limit? my character has 920 size and about 1.500 height, whenever i grow with essence or lvl points he does not get taller at all. Im afraid my save got corrupted or something .

I have seen some comments mention a follower named raving fan or something. How do I get them? also how do I upgrade equipment? I am using the free version btw. Also, if it's not too much to ask, can I have a list of some of the more obscure followers and how to unlock them?
The raving fan appears after you beat the lesser commander, looks like the marauders but bigger. It's a fight against him + 4 raving fans. The fan costs 1 follower point and his weapon can make others bigger in battle.
You can upgrade equipment by interacting with the anvil behind the blacksmith's shop. You need scraps, ores, ingots, essences, or ability crystals to upgrade stuff. Hope this helps~
I did all the dungeons, the one with the slimes, the one next to the sword, the one at the other side of the road and the sewers, am i missing somthing?
Does anyone know how to stop being semi-transparent, to enter the dungeon of slimes (for the second time) and use that as a tub or small puddle (I really don't know what it is) to become a slime or semi-transparent creature, the first time I They gave me a potion to return to normal, but this time they didn't give it to me, and I don't know if anyone knows how to get it or some other way to return to normal

I've also been getting this issue. I think it's something to do with your character not being able to load but I haven't looked at the crash logs so don't take that as fact.
This 'bug' was way more prominent on my second save, it would happen almost every time I sprinted.
On my first save, however, this crash didn't happen in my first 2-3 hours of gameplay.
1. The Keymaster. He can be found in the castle dungeon(east of spawn, near the ravine). He spawns as one of the possible NPCs that spawn when entering the dungeon. He can also be found in the 'regular' dungeon South of spawn.
2. They might drop as rewards for defeating some enemies in dungeons(not sure if this applies to all dungeons or if it is even true).
3. It has a chance of dropping when opening chests(not for the golden chests) or pushing over barrels.
game play is pretty solid from what i could play but holy shit the game crashes almost once a minute not including any other bugs which i could honestly ignore if it wasn't for the near constant crashing, if the bugs were fixed this would be an absolutely fantastic game though
Does anyone else's game take an extremely long time to open? Like, 30-45 minutes long after double clicking the exe. Is Windows 11 just screwy or is it the game?
That's really strange then, I always have about 7-9GB of free memory when starting it. Seriously if anyone has any ideas about how to fix this issue, please let me now.
The only other game-related causes thing I can think is bad drive, low space remaning on drive, or anti-virus software... At runtimem the engine mounts the big .pak file, reads compressed files from them as needed (doesn't load the whole file, just files as needed from inside it), uncompresses them, and puts them in memory.
If there's something completely unrelated to the game causing it, no idea.
No, there is a free version, it is one month behind the patreon version. The patreon version allows you to support the creator but also get the latest updates.
So the bug here is that these golden chests I cannot interact with. It seems that there's a force field around it (I'm assuming it's set as a solid object so you can't pass through, but the boundaries make it so you can't get closer than where I am positioned.
It seems every dungeon has this issue with the golden chests, so I can't use dungeon keys on them.
Last comment people mentioned issues may be tied to having multiple save files, but this one I wiped everything for 4.5a, and have no other save files.
The sewer has strange lighting. It has a 'window blinds' effect, straight lines drawn across surfaces the character.
The shadow depth bias for point lights is set too low. Set it from 0.02 to something like 0.05. I think 0.05 is often a default for new levels, but I don't really know that for sure.
Set it in the level properties in the project.
Or, in the in-game console, do [ r.Shadow.PointLightDepthBias = 0.05 ]

You can change the Chest Fluff's color in the Chest section of the Character's creation. Just select "Bodyhair" and change the color.

I think it's due to your game's settings... Did you uncheck the "Pecs" checkbox in your preferences ? Both for the game and your save ?

By the default the game is NSFW but you can disable the "lewd" option in the settings to remove genitals and nipples from the game.
most characters, including your own, will still be nude though. They just all have "barbie doll anatomy".

I think making the growth non-linear would be a good idea, so that high-stats wouldn't make characters look completely ridiculous.
At worse there's still the Scaling options in the Character section but it's true that sometimes it's getting ridiculous...

I ended up getting frustrated, deleted my save and started from scratch.... I hope this doesn't happen again whit the new one

For some reason my character is not growing am level 9 but I still see no changes
Growth doesn't really show at such low levels.
When you level up a stat in the level menu, it shows a preview of that Growth.
You do grow, just not that fast.

That is a bug in v4.5. The sewers had unusually large and giant rats prior to that.
Can we have the command after we win the game?
I would like that for the finished game.
I know that we can use them at the start but I don't really like.
There isn't an end to the game.
It would also be a little hard to implement a console that can be accessed later in the game.

how the bounty system works? I have the blacksmith bounty, how do I finish it? Are there more after?
How you get the slim to follow you? I fed here alot of potions and cant see the optio to follow

Look around and try to go into some dungeons.
You will find more then just your armor and weapons.
I did all the dungeons, the one with the slimes, the one next to the sword, the one at the other side of the road and the sewers, am i missing somthing?

what do you do with the sword in the stone even? It says someone speaks to you when you interact but I'm not getting any dialogue?
Eventually, you'll be able to pick it up. You have to be pretty big though.
I'm lagging even at low graphics settings...
Does anyone know how to stop being semi-transparent, to enter the dungeon of slimes (for the second time) and use that as a tub or small puddle (I really don't know what it is) to become a slime or semi-transparent creature, the first time I They gave me a potion to return to normal, but this time they didn't give it to me, and I don't know if anyone knows how to get it or some other way to return to normal

A very non-optimized game
Sadly. At least it's semi-playable.
The game keeps crashing and throwing this error, it happens whenever I enter a combat.

I've also been getting this issue. I think it's something to do with your character not being able to load but I haven't looked at the crash logs so don't take that as fact.
This 'bug' was way more prominent on my second save, it would happen almost every time I sprinted.
On my first save, however, this crash didn't happen in my first 2-3 hours of gameplay.
Another one of those stubborn bugs.
At this moment I'd suggest trying to only have one save and delete the second or third one. Also ensure it is named "Save0.sav" in the save folder.
How do you get a dungeon key? I can't seem to find any, am I just not going far enough into the dungeons yet?
these are some ways to get keys that I know of:
1. The Keymaster. He can be found in the castle dungeon(east of spawn, near the ravine). He spawns as one of the possible NPCs that spawn when entering the dungeon. He can also be found in the 'regular' dungeon South of spawn.
2. They might drop as rewards for defeating some enemies in dungeons(not sure if this applies to all dungeons or if it is even true).
3. It has a chance of dropping when opening chests(not for the golden chests) or pushing over barrels.
Those are the methods I know of.
game play is pretty solid from what i could play but holy shit the game crashes almost once a minute not including any other bugs which i could honestly ignore if it wasn't for the near constant crashing, if the bugs were fixed this would be an absolutely fantastic game though
Does anyone else's game take an extremely long time to open? Like, 30-45 minutes long after double clicking the exe. Is Windows 11 just screwy or is it the game?
Never. 5 seconds to title. If you have a slow drive it may take longer but absolutely shouldn't be that long. That's silly.
It opens to about 1-2GB of memory use. If you have less than about 3GB free memory when opening, it could take a really long time.
That's really strange then, I always have about 7-9GB of free memory when starting it. Seriously if anyone has any ideas about how to fix this issue, please let me now.
The only other game-related causes thing I can think is bad drive, low space remaning on drive, or anti-virus software...
At runtimem the engine mounts the big .pak file, reads compressed files from them as needed (doesn't load the whole file, just files as needed from inside it), uncompresses them, and puts them in memory.
If there's something completely unrelated to the game causing it, no idea.
I'd recommend closing all unnecessary applications and taking a look at task manager to see if anything maxes out.
If so, you might just have too low specs.
But this probably isn't the case. Good luck!

No, there is a free version, it is one month behind the patreon version. The patreon version allows you to support the creator but also get the latest updates.
Are the dungeons endless or they just have lots and lots of levels?

So the bug here is that these golden chests I cannot interact with. It seems that there's a force field around it (I'm assuming it's set as a solid object so you can't pass through, but the boundaries make it so you can't get closer than where I am positioned.
It seems every dungeon has this issue with the golden chests, so I can't use dungeon keys on them.
Last comment people mentioned issues may be tied to having multiple save files, but this one I wiped everything for 4.5a, and have no other save files.

The sewer has strange lighting. It has a 'window blinds' effect, straight lines drawn across surfaces the character.
The shadow depth bias for point lights is set too low. Set it from 0.02 to something like 0.05. I think 0.05 is often a default for new levels, but I don't really know that for sure.
Set it in the level properties in the project.
